A cruise ship excursion is how Bridgett and Jimmy first discovered St. John and all its beauty. If your cruise ship will be in port in St. Thomas then we have a great trip for you. This style trip is a completely different way to experience St. John as a cruise ship excursion. We take away most of the hassles of leaving one island to see another when you only have the day: no ferries, no car rentals, no St. John taxis, no passports, and mostly no worries.

You leave your cruise ship from St. Thomas by getting a taxi to Red Hook (about a 15 minute ride). We will pick you up on the fuel dock at American Yacht Harbor in the Red Hook area of St. Thomas. We’ll take you on a tour of the beautiful north shore of St. John without leaving US waters…no wasting time on BVI customs!

Since we’re seeing the beaches from the water, we can pick and choose a deserted spot for you and your guests to relax on. We might take you to Waterlemon Bay for some snorkeling, then circle back to Maho Bay to swim with sea turtles, rays, and other tropical fish. If you brought packed lunches, you can enjoy it on Maho Beach or have us take you to one of the many other beaches on the north shore. If you’d like to eat out, it’s as easy as heading into the beach of Cruz Bay for a lunch stop at High Tide Restaurant or  any one of several world class beach bar/restaurants.

After lunch we like to head out to a small island named Lovango Cay for more amazing snorkeling, and finally if we have time take you over for a swim into St. John’s smallest beach called Mermaid’s Chair.

We’ll have you back to Red Hook in plenty of time to catch a taxi back to Charlotte Amalie, board your cruise ship, and smile at the unique St. John adventure you just had.
